This is a bi-annual, promotional only, service offered ONLY through subscription payment structure with Midway Appliance Service Inc.

Your subscription level payment (in addition to appropriate sales tax) will be charged on the 1st of each month regardless what your initial sign-up date was. If you want to use a different payment method than the one you signed up to use during registration, please call into our office at 336-764-3199.

You can upgrade or downgrade to either subscription level by calling or emailing.

Voluntary enrollment binds the enrollee to 6 months of the subscription level payment. Cancellation can happen at any time after 6 months of subscription payments have been received.

There is a 3 month grace period for cancellation.  If you cancel before your first 3 months, you may receive a refund for the total amount paid minus taxes (minimum 7%) and processing fees (minimum 3.5%).  After 3 months, no payments are subject to refund until the initial 6 months contract is up. Cancellations are accepted anytime after the initial 6 months contract.

You must have paid 3 months of subscription payments in order to receive 1st service.  Afterwards, your next service date will be scheduled for 6 months out.

Subscription level rates may be subject to change upon subscription renewal dates. Subscribers will be notified of any changes within 30 days prior to the renewal date.

We may update/alter these terms from time to time and will date stamp revisions. Your use of our subscription service & website will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. Therefore, we recommend you should check these terms occasionally.

Each service requires a 4 hour window of time bi-annually.

The Razzle Dazzle Maintenance level is not offered to Samsung or LG fridges.

Midway Appliance Service Inc. ensures complete care with the handling of sensitive payment information.

At the conception of this contract, monthly payments will be managed/processed by Intuit Quickbooks.  All payment data will be automatically stored in that software alone and not visible after initial sign-up date.  For concerns regarding data security or this streamline process, please refer to the Intuit Quickbooks self-help links provided below.

All business logos, advertising, and subscription structures (which may be viewed as intellectual property) are proprietary to Midway Appliance Service Inc. To the extent if Midway Appliance Service Inc. does not provide expressed approval, you shall not use Midway Appliance Service Inc. assets for other commercial gain.   Any use of Midway Appliance Service Inc.’s intellectual property without expressed approval will be prosecuted.
